Broadcast and press background
I anchored and reported for ITN World News for PBS, NBC and SABC, with work for Sky News, ITV and Channel 4, and wrote and subbed for the Daily Mail as well as national, regional and trade titles across Fleet Street and beyond. On radio I hosted Alchemy 1.01 on UK Health Radio for 5 years and co-hosted Hurt Less, Live More with the late Dr Mark Goulston. I currently co-host the Is It Bloody Working? and Tik-Tokophobia podcasts with Alexia Leachman. I’m comfortable live, pre-recorded, on camera or down the line, because it was my job for decades.
