These terms and conditions apply to the use of this website and to the services offered through it, including individual sessions, programmes and written materials. By booking a session or programme, or by using this website, you agree to these terms.

What the services are, and what they are not

My sessions and programmes are structured conversations designed to help you think clearly and make your own decisions. They are not therapy, counselling, medical treatment or mental health care, and they are not a substitute for any of those. Nothing on this site or in a session constitutes medical, legal or financial advice. If you need professional support in any of those areas, please seek it from an appropriately qualified practitioner.

You remain responsible for your own decisions and actions. I make no guarantee of any particular outcome or result, because the whole point of this work is that the authority stays with you.

Booking and payment

Individual sessions and programmes are payable in advance. Programmes are payable in full before the start date. Your booking is confirmed once payment has been received.

Cancellations and refunds

Cancellations and refunds are governed by my Cancellation and Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

Confidentiality

What you share in a session stays between us. The only exceptions are where I am required by law to disclose information or where I believe there is a serious risk of harm to you or to someone else.

Intellectual property

All content on this website and all materials provided as part of a session or programme, including written documents, recordings and frameworks, are my copyright unless otherwise stated. They are provided for your personal use. Please do not reproduce, distribute or use them commercially without my written permission.

Use of this website

The content on this website is provided for general information. I take care to keep it accurate and current but I make no warranty that it is complete or error free, and I may change it at any time. I am not responsible for the content of external websites linked from this site.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be excluded or limited under law. Subject to that, my total liability to you in connection with any service is limited to the amount you paid for that service.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of Scotland, and any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.

Changes to these terms

I may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your booking is the one that applies to it.
