Cancellations
Individual sessions cancelled less than five working days before the appointment do not qualify for a refund.
All programmes are payable in full ahead of the starting date. Cancellations up to a month (4 weeks) before the start qualify for a full refund. Any cancellation between 4 and 2 weeks ahead of the start qualify for a 50% refund. Cancellations less that 2 weeks before the start do not qualify for any refund.
If circumstances arise that mean completing a programme as scheduled within the allotted time frame is impossible, new arrangements can be made in consultation between both parties.
Late or missing refunds
If you don’t receive your refund when it’s expected, first check your bank statement again.
Then contact your card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. Refunds often take time to process.
